New Rochelle’s growing downtown is not the only area that developers have set their sights on: now, National Realty and Development Corp (NRDC) has been under construction at 700 Davenport Avenue with the 14-acre, $100 million, upscale 72-unit Watermark Pointe condominiums. The site features nine low-rise, eight-unit residential buildings, as well as a clubhouse and gatehouse. The area had previously been the home of the well known Beckwith Pointe Club, a beach club and catering hall, since 1986. Buildings one through five are occupied and we are under construction on buildings six through nine with only ten remaining units,” remarked Mr. Bermingham.
